We all want to be healthy, right? Once you get into your 30s looking after your body becomes a constant struggle. Personally, I gain and lose the same 3 pounds every week. I eat like a champ during the week then eat like Chris Farley and Rita McNeal had a baby on the weekend.

Truthfully, I’m always one bad decision away from becoming Matthew Perry. Remember when he got really fat that one season?

Why am I talking about this? Well, our good friend Jessica over at 5k365.com wrote a wonderfully honest article about getting healthy. It’s a great read and I highly recommend checking it out, particularly if, like me, you struggle with keeping yourself in shape.
