I was going to be all “THERE IS SO GOOD LADY ROCK” and then could only think of 90s bands for a while. But then I remembered some – The Pack a.d., The Kills, Wye Oak, and Screaming Females I’d say are rock and have cool ladies for lead singers
I totally agree, most of the music in my playlist right now is all lady rock or lady folk.
There’s so much genre mixing right now that it was tricky to think of bands that would be considered rock, a lot of the stuff I’m listening to is folky or pop or some mix of a bunch of stuff. It’s harder than I thought it would be!
