Good morning folks! Having a good Monday so far? Shut up. I don’t care. I’d love to stay and chat but I’m super tired and require sleep. Enjoy the comic!

Alright, I’m back and well rested and ready to talk about one of the best movies of the year, Resident Evil: Retribution.
Gotcha! As if I’d go see Resident Evil in theaters, that’s a waste of both money and brain cells. Resident Evil is best watched edited for content by the Space Channel on a Sunday afternoon while you’re vacuuming and there’s nothing else on.
No, the film I’m talking about is Looper, which is feels a little like this years Inception. A smart, entertaining genre movie with an original premise. While Looper isn’t a perfect movie – its slows down a bit too much in the second act – Rian Johnson has just jumped several slots on my list of favourite directors. Gorgeously shot, expertly edited and a plot that really keeps you guessing which way it is going to go. Ten stars. Go see it.
Podcasts! No one’s doing those, right?
We’ll be recording a new postcast this week, part of what we hope to be a monthly thing here at Inglorious Hipsters. We’ve done a few podcasts already, but this will be considered our Episode I. Your hosts will be myself, Jeremy and Mark Jowett from DeedtheInky.com and we’ll feature the occasional guest. It’s going to be pretty rough around the edges for a while, none of us are exactly professional on-air talents. But we hope to make you laugh as we chat about pop-culture and our lives, something dumb to put on in the background while you get through the work week.
Have a good week!
